Sweater Weather

It is only day two of my winter break at home and I have been trying to keep myself busy.  I started making a book/Netflix list to help keep myself occupied for a month (other suggestions are welcome too, of course!)

Today I ran around and did some errands in this snowy winter weather we have been having.

I kept my outfit simple with a crew neck pullover sweater in an oatmeal color from Target. I absolutely love the neutral color of this sweater because it is so versatile and easy to pair up with colorful accessories.

I wanted to show off my new necklace that I recently purchased from JCrew on their clearance. JCrew has impeccable quality jewelry, but usually I am scared away by the price tag. This piece was on sale in the store for $24.99 with an extra 30% off. The color combination is very unique, and the neutral color of the sweater helps pick up the amber and gold detailing in the piece.

You can find the necklace online by clicking here!

I wore jeans and my olive green military style jacket from Target. I love this jacket because it has a fur lining on the hood and a plaid inside that reminds me of Christmas time! The bag I wore is a neutral beige-grey color by Kate Spade.

Lastly, I wore my Sorel inspired winter boots from Old Navy. These are great for trekking through the snow and I love the extra fur detail on the top which makes being practical look cute.

I hope you are enjoying your time before the holidays and getting in your last minute shopping! Stay warm until next time!
